How long will my bathroom remodel take?
A typical bathroom remodel including three plumbing fixtures - Vanity, Tub / Shower and Toilet should take 10 - 12 working days.
Will you work on other projects while you are working on mine?
You will have a dedicated team working on your project each day until the project is complete. You will never have a day during your project that we are not there working.
Do I have to provide materials?
We typically provide all of the materials for the project. We are happy to work with your provided materials if you prefer. Our agreement will include all of the items we are providing with links to the actual product and price. If you would like to replace any or all of the included items we simply credit the amount quoted in the agreement and replace the item with the item you provide.
Will you help me with the design?
Every project includes a free design consultation at our tile provider. After viewing your space and discussing your vision for your project we arrange a time to meet at our tile provider. We walk with you and a idea cart where we build your look together. In about an hour you will be able to envision exactly what your completed project will look like.
Can I do some of the work myself?
Yes, we are happy to work with you in creative ways to save some money on your project.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept personal checks or cash
Who will be my point of contact during the project?
O’Brien Custom Carpentry is a family owned and operated business. When you engage us you actually get us. Sean, Stephen and Michael will each be available to you throughout your entire project. Our phone number 732-630-6337 is a shared line. It rings on all three of our mobile devices and our office line simultaneously. You will ALWAYS get one of us on the line WHENEVER you call. Texts and emails work the same way as well.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No, we are happy to invest the time with you to ensure that the project is everything you expect at a price you can afford
