Who We Are

O’Brien Custom Carpentry is a family owned, licensed and insured Home Improvement Contractor with over 25 years in combined experience.

That doesn’t tell you anything about us but most of the industry stops there.

We know that you take quite a leap of faith just allowing someone into your home for an estimate not to mention trusting them to perform the work necessary to complete the project and the investment you will be making. That’s why we do the things we do and that’s what makes us who we are.

• We remove our shoes when we enter your home for the initial meeting,

• We place drop cloths on all areas that we will be working in or traveling over during the entire project. We cordon off the work area with plastic sheeting. We remove all of this and reset it daily. We seal all HVAC returns.

• We provide a detailed written agreement following each estimate. No hidden costs or surprises.

• One of our family members is on the job each day of the entire project

• We provide each customer with our direct cell phone number to reach us at any time

• We arrive on time each day

• We don’t miss appointments

• We rarely return calls, we answer the phone. If you ever don’t get us, don’t worry about leaving a message. One of us will be returning your call before you complete the message.

• We clean our work area each day

• We meet with you on your schedule before, during or after each stage of your project to maintain communication throughout the entire process

• We expect that you will be completely satisfied when we are finished
